Kagzi Infotech reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. Kagzi Infotech at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

i. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or

ii. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or

iii. For any reason outside the control of the Kagzi Infotech including causes for non service areas.

Apart from that we do not allow refunds for any purchase once made. That includes all auto-renewal for subscription services.

We have already provided free subscription for the service so we strongly advice you to check the service properly before making payment for the pro version.

Exception to this if we have to issue any refund in that case it may take up to 15 working days to process the refund.

The service charges for the payment gateways are deducted from the refund amount and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

After expiration of the subscribed package the subscription will not automatically renewed. It will cancel automatically. In order to use it you must have to renew the subscription again.
